Afgelopen weekend heb ik een LO gemaakt zonder dessinpapier en met het prachtige distress papier van Ranger, ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de 12X12 vellen en van het heerlijke gemakkelijke smalle blok. De basis is een vel wit cardstock die ik heb bemist met perfect pearl mist van Ranger, bronze.

Ik ben een 'luie scrapper', dus dat smalle blok is helemaal mijn ding, het past precies op de lange stanzen van Tim Holtz, geen gesnij meer, maar gelijk papier erop en snijden maar. De stanzen die ik voor deze LO heb gebruikt zijn de beide rozet stanzen, de ticket strip, Vintage Lace en Tattered Banners.

Dit distress papier leent zich ook heel goed om er mee te embossen en het dan iets op te schuren, dan komt er een lichtere tint papier tevoorschijn. De lange bruine rand heb ik geembost met de Texture Fades 'harlequin', ik heb de strook steeds een stukje opgeschoven en zo krijg je een mooie lange geemboste rand, daarna even opschuren voor een meer shabby effect. De kleinere papiertjes komen uit de Texture Fades 'Riveted Metal set'. Het papier heb ik aan de rand bewerkt met de distresser van Tim Holtz.

Afgemaakt met een paar mooie stempels van Tim Holtz, knoopjes en zo'n schattig garenklosje, hier en daar een mininietje van Tim Holtzt en mijn 2 grote bonte spechten staan er gekleurd op!
